Located a bit far from the center and pub street, this hotel offers a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You'll need a tuk tuk to get around, but the hotel can arrange a reliable and friendly driver like Viet who will take you wherever you want to go. the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with amazing tropical showers and hot tubs. the staff is attentive and always eager to please, ensuring a comfortable stay. the breakfast service is great, with a lovely setting and delicious options.

Some guests have reported occasional power outages, but this may be due to issues with the city's power networks. It is recommended to come prepared with a flashlight.

In particular, there was a situation where my room had some cleanliness issues, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they immediately moved me to a nicer room without any hesitation. This level of responsiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction was truly remarkable. The hotel grounds were also beautiful, with a lovely poolside area and a tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offered free tuk-tuk rides to and from the airport, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch. I had a great experience at Model Residence & Spa and would highly recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Cambodia that was a true hidden gem in the city. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the bustling Pub Street and city center, but still tucked away on a quiet street. We stayed in a beautifully decorated room that was spacious and had a luxurious bathroom. the service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the swimming pools and spa were great facilities to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel had a few minor maintenance issues in the room, but they were quickly resolved by the helpful staff.

The breathtaking view from the room and the luxurious comfort of the bed were the highlights of my romantic escape. The location was perfect, near the airport and town. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

The facilities were limited, and the pricing was expensive. The spa was fully booked, and we couldn't experience it.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful palm trees offering a relaxing ambiance. the staff is outstanding, very warm and friendly, they made our stay unforgettable! the breakfast was great with Western and local dishes, filling enough to start off our days.

The location is a bit remote, not much to do in the area. We had to take a TukTuk to access the city center which costs around $2, but Grab is also available.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities such as a spa centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. the staff provided exceptional service, catering to our every need. We enjoyed the full body massages and foot massages in the spa lounge. the saltwater pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The dinner menu lacked variety, although it was well-prepared and tasty.
